At-Takwir • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَلَقَدْ رَءَاهُ بِٱلْأُفُقِ ٱلْمُبِينِ ﴾
“he truly beheld [the angel - beheld] him on the clear horizon;”
(Surely he beheld him) Muhammad (s)aw Gabriel (on the clear horizon) on the high setting of the sun.
