Al-A'laa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَن يَخْشَىٰ ﴾
“in mind will keep it he who stands in awe [of God],”
(He will heed) he will take admonition by means of the Qur'an and through Allah (who feareth) Allah, i.e. the Muslim,
