Al-A'laa • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَٱلَّذِىٓ أَخْرَجَ ٱلْمَرْعَىٰ ﴾
“and who brings forth herbage,”
(Who bringeth forth the pasturage) green pasture by means of the rain,
