At-Tin • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ وَهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ ﴾
“and this land secure!”
(And by this land made safe) and He swears by Mecca which is made safe in that whoever enters it is safe;
