Al-Alaq • EN-TAFSIR-IBN-ABBAS
﴿ أَن رَّءَاهُ ٱسْتَغْنَىٰٓ ﴾
“whenever he believes himself to be self-sufficient:”
(That he thinketh himself independent) of Allah because of his wealth!
