Al-Waaqia • EN-TAFSIR-MAARIF-UL-QURAN
﴿ وَمَآءٍۢ مَّسْكُوبٍۢ ﴾
“and waters gushing,”
وَمَاءٍ مَّسْكُوبٍ (...and water, poured forth...56:31) This means the water will be flowing constantly on the surface of the ground.
